We supported the delivery of a training program to strengthen strategic, leadership, knowledge-management and marketing capabilities within the Antioquia Emergente Strategy, which aims to position the region as a benchmark for competitiveness, sustainability and innovation by 2040.
At the heart of an evolving ecosystem, we accompanied the rollout of a territorial strategy that drives a more regenerative, collaborative and conscious Antioquia. Alongside — and under the visionary leadership of — Portafolio Verde, we activated processes of strategic alignment, cross-sector connection and organizational strengthening to boost the impact of key initiatives in the region.
From co-creating adaptive roadmaps to facilitating spaces for dialogue and deep listening, we work in the present to build sustainable futures. This process shows how an emerging strategy, nourished locally, can scale with meaning.
