Buda de Ciudad: Breaking the Algorithm to Reconnect with What Matters

Buda de Ciudad: Breaking the Algorithm to Reconnect with What Matters

Open the door to change.

Transformente didn't just change its look. It transformed the way it connects with people and organizations. What we did before worked, and it worked well. But today we do it better: with more awareness, more closeness and more coherence with who we are and what the world needs. Keeping what has made us human and different, we are now going deeper into how we connect, accompany and transform.

For years, we worked with companies, helping them lead change, talent development and digital transformation through agile methodologies, strategic design and organizational culture. Then we discovered we needed to go even deeper into the human component — the deep and everyday things that give all that change its meaning. We had to pause, review our practices and unlearn many of the certainties we held.

That was our turning point.

That is when José, Nathalia and the Transformente team decided to re-examine our intentions. We listened more closely to what was happening inside and outside organizations. And we asked ourselves a new question: how do we truly accompany transformation when people are going through uncertainty, exhaustion or a search for purpose?

The birth of Buda de Ciudad

That is how Buda de Ciudad was born — not as a new business unit, but as the community expression of our brand identity. It is a space that represents the most genuine and conscious level of connection with people, organizations and their ecosystems.

We are still strategic allies. We still work with leaders and teams. But now we do it from a more authentic and coherent place, recognizing people as the protagonists of change.

Buda de Ciudad is a statement: no more idealized speeches, no more empty marketing. Only real processes with real people.

We want to talk with the entrepreneur who has doubts. With the leader looking for genuine support. With the creative who wants to reinvent how they contribute. With those going through change who don't need to pretend.

Why did we decide to break the algorithm?

Because traditional digital language no longer represents us. Platforms have filled up with formulas for grabbing attention, but they have lost depth. We chose to break with that and start communicating with meaning.

We are no longer looking only for reach. We are looking for resonance. We want our ideas to spark meaningful conversations and build community. We aren't interested in going viral: we want to be relevant and coherent.

Rebranding with purpose: we are not alone

This shift isn't ours alone. Many niche Latin American brands are also betting on a more human, authentic narrative connected to their communities.

  • TriCiclos (Chile): pioneers of the circular economy in Latin America, they started as a recycling company and evolved into a consultancy that redesigns production and consumption systems. Their rebrand positioned them not just as operators, but as systems thinkers and strategic allies to companies, governments and organizations seeking a real transition to sustainability. It is a model case of scaling purpose and impact while keeping ethical coherence and local connection.
  • Isla Urbana (Mexico): an organization that redesigned its communication to make visible not only its rainwater-harvesting solutions, but their real impact on communities that have historically been ignored.
  • VERDI DESIGN (Colombia): an artisanal textile design brand that has centered its identity on working with Indigenous communities, blending tradition with contemporary sustainability.

These brands, like Transformente, understand that what creates connection today isn't perfection, but authenticity, story and a commitment to transformation.

What's coming with Buda de Ciudad

This rebrand brings new ways to share and connect:

  • A direct, no-frills newsletter with practical, inspiring ideas.
  • A blog that brings together strategic thinking and personal reflection.
  • Webinars to talk from experience and collective exploration.
  • Digital content that links the everyday with the transformative.

More than selling, we seek to transform. More than influencing, we want to accompany.

A message from within

José and Nathalia lead this process as professionals who live what they teach. This change doesn't respond to a market trend, but to an inner conviction: to be faithful to what we promote.

At Transformente, we don't believe in leading from perfection. We believe in accompanying from presence.

If you see chaos, look again. That's where the opportunity is.

A new version of yourself is waiting behind the door. Where others stop, you can begin.
